Who we are

What we collect through the early-access form

Your work email and company website, whether you opted in to product updates, and the time you sent the request. We also record the campaign tags in the page address (utm_* parameters) so we know which channel brought you.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use these details to reply to your request and talk to you about early access. That's in our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and it's a step you've asked us to take. If you tick the product-updates box, we'll also send you occasional product emails, based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics and session-replay cookies load only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Before you choose, Google's tags may send cookieless measurement pings that store nothing on your device. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (sw-consent), and you can change it at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the home page. If you accept, these may be set:

• Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager): _ga and _ga_<id>, which measure visits and campaign performance. Kept for up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity: _clck (1 year), _clsk (1 day) and MUID (1 year), which record how the page is used, including anonymised session replays and heatmaps.

Who processes it, and where

We use these service providers under data processing terms:

• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) delivers your request to our inbox by email.
• [Hosting provider] runs this website, in [region].
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd) provides Tag Manager and Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) provides Clarity, only if you accept cookies.
• Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, it is protected by [the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses: confirm for each provider].

How long we keep it

We keep your request for [24 months] after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless you become a customer. If you opted in to product updates, we keep your email for that purpose until you unsubscribe. Analytics cookies expire as listed above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, restrict or object to their use, receive a copy of them, or withdraw consent. Email info@surveywize.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie), the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk), or the authority where you live.
